We will provide American Sign Language interpreters and/or open captioning providers upon request. Please use the space provided during the ticketing process or reach out to us at email@example.com to let us know if you will need these services. We will also be sending around a form for attendees to fill out to provide more information regarding their access needs.
The schedule of interpreted programming will be based on requests received from attendees. If you have requests for programming to be interpreted, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that we can arrange to have our interpreters available at that panel. The Customer Service Desk on-site will be able to provide a list of interpreted panels. We will be able to accommodate any requests placed up until 3 weeks prior to the event. Requests placed after that time will be accommodated if possible.
